This week Terri Horman requested SUPERVISED visitation with her daughter Kiara. One reason she did was because after the abatement hearing, Kaine Horman said he would consider letting Terri see Kiara ("generous" of him especially since he has no say in it). Last friday, Terri's attorney filed court papers asking for the restraining order to be amended so Terri could have supervised visitation with her daughter Kiara.1 Supervised and not unsupervised because custody had been put off until january during the abatement hearing and no parental exams were to be scheduled until then.
We have heard Kaine Horman and Desiree Young get in front of local and national media the last three months and state they believed Kyron Horman was alive and that Terri had "stashed" him somewhere. Kaine enrolled Kyron in school and soccer and all his sock puppets felt sorry for him because "Terri had Kyron hidden somewhere and would not return him". Law enforcement stated in the september briefing they had no evidence Kyron was not alive and they were going on the premise he was alive somewhere. For three months Kaine Horman stated on TV that Kyron was alive somewhere - apparently with his attorney's approval since it continued for so long.
Yesterday in the court papers we all of a sudden have Kaine stating he believes Terri did "unimaginable harm" to Kyron after kidnapping him.2 Okay - loose words - no evidence - not even stating "unimaginable harm" means. An inflammatory term used to manipulate peoples thinking. The court papers do not state law enforcement told him this - this is just what Kaine now believes because it suits him to make these claims in order to use his daughter as a bargaining chip to get Terri to speak about something she has no knowledge of. This trick is to twist and use anything she says against her to convict her of a crime Kaine committed. Innocent people confess to crimes they did not commit all the time after being pressured into doing so (see: Kaine wants to force Terri to confess, even if though he knows she is innocent )
You have the media refusing to question Kaine's ever changing stories / gaslighting of Terri saying whatever fits his purpose at the time. You have former police detective CW Jensen making claims Kaine would not say this in court documents unless law enforcement told him3 (see: The Sleazy Character of CW Jensen ) What nobody is stating - other than myself - is Kaine is a liar and a manipulator and will say whatever he needs to to get his way. He is a malignant narcissist and this is exactly what they do to manipulate their sock puppets. Narcissists will lie to law enforcement and in court documents to get their way. Malignant narcissists believe the law does not apply to them. Kaine's sock puppets are so enamored with him they will not call him out and will go right along with whatever he says no matter how contradictory his statements are (see: The narcissism epidemic, collective narcissism, and the "Terri is guilty" herd mentality )
So which is it - Did Terri kidnap Kyron and have his safely stashed somewhere or did she do "unimaginable harm" (whatever that means) to him??? Could it be Kaine read the emails I received third hand and knows people know what he did to Kyron and now he is projecting his own guilt onto Terri (see: Kyron Horman "insider" information? Or just a fairy tale? ) ??? it is clear Kaine Horman or one of his buddies is reading this blog because this "unimaginable harm" seems to be in response to those third party emails that states Kaine was molesting Kyron and Terri was taking him to a doctor to prove it. --- either that or this is a balloon boy episode and they are taking the script from what they read on the message boards. Nothing will surprise me about Kyron's disappearance.
Terri will get supervised visitation. Kaine's allegations Terri did something to Kyron is unsubstantiated - after all, it's been four months and Terri has not even been named a person of interest let alone charged in either Kyron's disappearance or the phony murder for hire plot Kaine arranged to have come up via his nursery owner friends landscaper buddy (see: BREAKING NEWS - Alternate Theories EXCLUSIVE )
This is yet another attempt by Kaine for an end run around Terri's fifth amendment rights and is in direct response because he lost the abatement hearing and wants it NOW and not in january. Once again, Kaine is throwing a fit because he lost the abatement hearing and because the judge did not force Terri to tell him where she got the $350,000. he claims she paid her attorney. This guy is a total sleaze bag and I am more convinced than ever he is totally behind whatever happened to Kyron.
I can understand the widespread mental illness of Kaine's sock puppets especially the gullible unthinking people with very low self esteem that are lifelong co-dependents --- but why is the media, law enforcement, and the court not calling him out on his ever changing lies and inconsistent stories he has been feeding them for months? Kaine really believes the judge can be manipulated and will believe Terri did "unimaginable harm" to Kyron (even though law enforcement has not even said she was a suspect) just because he THINKS she did (when it suits him) Judges do not like children being used as pawns - and yet that is what Kaine is doing to Kiara.
