MUST WATCH VIDEOS: Why Terri Horman's attorneys told her to keep her mouth shut

These two videos will take about 45 minutes to watch - but it will be 45 minutes very well spent.  It will help you understand why Terri's attorneys told her to keep her mouth shut even though she's innocent.  It will also explain why she has not said anything during the divorce hearings and why her attorney asked for abatement.  Everyone should watch these videos. It is VERY IMPORTANT information for everyone.

First video is Mr. James Duane, a professor at Regent Law School and a former defense attorney.  He tells you why you should never agree to be interviewed by the police.  Second video is by an experienced police officer (attending law school when this video was made) that also tells you why you should never agree to be interviewed by the police.

  1. Thank you for posting the videos. This past weekend, I saw the play "The Exonerated." It chronicles the accounts of six people who were wrongly convicted and sent to death row.

If there was EVER any doubt in my mind about the wisdom of staying mum, even when innocent, all doubt has been erased. I met death row exoneree David Keaton, who attended the performance.

The exonerees lived an unbelievable nightmare even though they "cooperated" with LE and were innocent. One character in the play says, "If it could happen to me, it can happen to you."

    Just unbelievable!

Thank you again for posting the videos. They were very timely.
