Stalkers, cyber bullies, and dangerous people involving themselves into the Kyron Horman case

I've previously written several posts about the cyber bullying, stalking, and harassment relating to the Kyron Horman case.   Following criminal cases is very rare for me; I only do so if it catches my attention or is close to where I live so I do not know if the mentally unstable are drawn into cases to the point where they become a danger to those they disagree with or not.

Dr Pickle sent me a couple of posts from Oregonlive earlier today that shows a mentally unstable person that is escalating to become a danger to others that disagree with him/her regarding Terri Horman's innocence.

This is the United States.  The Constitution and Bill of Rights both are still in affect (at least for now)  The laws of this land states that a person is innocent until PROVEN guilty in a court of law.  There is also a right to remain silent.  No one can be compelled to self incriminate and torturing a person to obtain a confession is against the law of the land (that's why the government tortures prisoners at the base in Cuba and not in the U.S.)    Yet there are some people who want to take the law into their own hands and either murder or torture someone into [falsely] confessing.  The laws also state that polygraphs are not allowed in [most] courts even if both parties agree nor can anyone be compelled to take a polygraph test.  Many innocent people fail polygraphs and many guilty people pass them.  They are unreliable (see: Obama's Nominee refuses polygraph; Green River Killer passes polygraph )

The person who wrote the following posts is psychotic and a narcissist.  They only care about themselves and do not care if anyone else has their rights violated as long as they get what THEY want.  They are to the point where they would threaten or harm someone who defended Terri Horman. From other rants and writings, I suspect the following person may be either Desiree Young or maybe her friend SoCalDreamer (who showed just as much mental instability when posting on Oregonlive last year) or one of the three mentally ill nazi's that stalk Terri Horman in Roseburg (see:  Amerikan nazis harass Terri Horman )  Regardless of who it is, this person is a danger to others.

Peter in a Pickle disparaging poly. Ellen lost chance at high level government job because of answers to poly questions? Disparities in poly report that a question was responded to with deceit while the subject's answer was not a lie reveal more than factual answers. Subject stressed that the "right" questions may be asked can affect poly report although subject answers questions truthfully. Deeper dishonesty bubbles up through the blood and heart beat. There is an alternative to polys and a system is on the way. Not a test of breathing and heart, but clamps on head and reveals deception or honesty in responding to questions. There is yet another method that many are wanting specifically legalized and setup in missing child cases, and that is waterboarding. Everyone brought in for questioning would be first given poly, and if any deception shown, next immediate step is waterboarding. Don't want water? Tell truth in poly. If poly shows deceit when subject has told truth, waterboarding would be the final proof. Anyone who loves a missing child would put on their swimsuits and say bring it on, to speed up their release from suspicion and enable faster focus on others. Thinking of what the terrorists doing to a missing child makes waterboarding easy to those who love the child. Also, efforts are underway to move kidnapping and missing child situations to the category of Terrorist Activity, and the Federal investigations will begin immediately with perps penned under Terrorist sentencing. They ARE terrorists to the children they abuse by snatching. Kyron's abuse will bring many into much public view and life sentences.

I suspect the first arrest in relation to the Kyron Horman case will be the arrest of one of the mentally unstable people who has threatened or harmed someone who's only "crime" is stating that there is no evidence that Terri Horman is guilty of anything (except poor choice in a husband)  The person "RescueKyron" would be one of the first ones I would suspect if anyone is harmed who does not want to convict Terri horman without evidence.  This person is a walking time bomb and it is only a matter of time before he/she hurts someone whether relating to the Kyron Horman case or not.
