Terri Horman going for custody of Kiara Horman?

It appears that today's court papers filed by Terri Horman's attorneys signal that Terri will be seeking custody of Kiara when the divorce proceedings start in january.  Today's papers show Terri is thinking of Kiara and Kiara's best interest while the court papers filed by Kaine on october 25th show Kaine to be self serving and only thinking about himself in his rant against Terri.  As Terri's attorneys point out, Kaine included information illegal to include in court papers as well as released them to the public to embarrass and humiliate Terri ---which also hurts Kiara.

When the judge considers custody during the divorce hearing, he will go on the REAL evidence - that Kaine will do anything to harm Kiara's mother and psychologically damage Kiara to do so.  The judge will also consider the fact that the court papers filed by Kaine Horman were immediately released to the public by him - which damages his daughter.

Terri's attorneys further state that they have tried and tried to put together a visitation plan so Terri could see Kiara and Kaine refuses to allow it.  The judge will look at this and see Kiara is a pawn of Kaine's and Terri is thinking about what is best for their daughter.

Terri doesn't need to say anything in her defense - all she needs to do is to keep quiet and let Kaine Horman's narcissist rage destroy his credibility with the court - and that matters more when custody and divorce is decided than public opinion does.

I am willing to bet there are many many more pictures of drunk Kaine and his boyfriend sitting out there waiting for the "right" time to release them --- they will probably be entered as evidence in court immediately before they hit the web (where they will live forever)    A drunken father who defames his wife using inflammatory / irrelevant information and that uses his child(ren) as pawns does not get much sympathy from judges.

Kaine needs to tell the investigators where he "stashed" Kyron or where he buried Kyron's body.

Another fraudulent Kyron Horman fundraiser - it's all about the money

Kaine Horman now feels like he needs to get people on his side again and make people feel so very sad for him he is holding another fundraiser "bring Kyron home for the holidays"  Gee - ye think they would be expecting him to "walk in the front door any minute" like they did with school --- Kaine Horman will say and do ANYTHING to gain sympathy (narcissistic supply) - He expected Kyron to walk in the door before school and even had his books and bus pass purchased - because he KNEW his gullible sock puppets would give him the narcissistic supply he desperately needed.  Now after his idiotic and illegal court documents, he will say and do anything to regain his herd of sock puppets - which includes holding a fundraiser weeks from now instead of expecting Kyron to be home before then (and before thanksgiving)

When will they actually use some of the "reward fund" money for the reward???

When will they use some of the "search money" for the searches?

When will they be investigated for fund raising fraud???

This is nothing more than a PR and money raising stunt for another one of his many tree farmer friends.  I wonder if these people know the landscaper who Kaine claims Terri tried to hire to kill him - like his other tree farmer friends do.

Old News on Alternate-Theories is "Breaking News" on blinky on crime

Last week I posted about how the cell phones that were used in the alleged "sexting" were likely in possession of Kaine Horman or Michael Cook when the "sexting" took place (see: What is behind the alleged Terri Horman sexting messages?  posted on 10/27)

Today blinky on crime is posting the same information as "breaking news bombshell"

Someone also posted they think Kaine must have known about the landscaper.  I VERIFIED that Kaine's nursery owner friends - the ones that held the fraudulent tree sale fundraiser - were buddies with the landscaper that claimed Terri Horman tried to hire him to kill Kaine (see: BREAKING NEWS - Alternate Theories EXCLUSIVE  posted on 9/28)

You also seen it first here: Kaine Horman: Unfit parent  - posted on 10/26 before Terri's attorneys filed papers in response to the infamous Kaine Kourt papers where they stated Kaine was trying to destroy Terri (defame / gaslight like I've said for months)

Now one has to do is hope that law enforcement gets some common sense and starts investigating Kaine, his attorney, and their cohorts.
